Eccovi un report dei danni da freddo causati durante quest’inverno a Leu Gardens ad Orlando,FLorida, USA Zona USDA 9b /10a
Durante l’inverno 2009-2010 c’e stato un record di freddo prolungato. La minima assoluta è stata di soli -1,6 ‘ C a Gennaio il record è stata la durata del freddo, inconsueta a queste latitudini. Anche Febbraio e Marzo sono stati più freschi del normale . parecchie piante li per lì sembravano senza danni, il declino è iniziato diverse settimane dopo.Nota: le palme senza note non hanno riportato danni,
